His Excellency Dr. Praing Chulasa, the delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge of the General Director of Electricite du Cambodge, and His Excellency Keo Rattanak, the Minister of Mines and Energy, brought gifts of food and supplies to the troops and police forces stationed on the front lines along the Cambodian-Thai border, including the 14th Intervention Brigade, the 42nd Infantry Brigade, the 702nd Border Protection Police, and the 556th Battalion, stationed in the Thma Da direction.
